Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 using prepacked (Ready Mix Plaster) proportioned dry mix mortar mixed with water proffing compound fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives, on external surfaces fair and finished smooth and even without using extra cement including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc including providing chicken wire mesh at the joints of brcik/ concrete wherever required complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately as supply only

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for Applying anti algae water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area ) & of paint by roller etc over suitable wall Prime seal primer 8-10 Sqm per ltr coverage area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing of extsiting treatment on walls/ surface with wire brush/ rotatry wire brush, watering and cleaning of surafce and opening of cracks in V shape and fillig with Dr Fixit (Crack X Paste) or equivalent as approved and applying two coats anti algae water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area ) by roller over suitable wall Prime seal primer (8-10 Sqm per ltr coverage area) on including surface preparation.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying 2 coats of oil emuslion distemper over a coat of primer over 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty as approved all as specified and directed.

M&L, including deployment of necessary equipment, tools and materials, for pre- and post-roof-treatment infrastructure audit, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing existing roof treatment of any type such as cement concrete (PCC), mud phuska, brick bat coba, tiles of any description, mosaic, bituminous treatment, lime concrete or any other roof finishing, including hacking, breaking, dismantling and removing all layers completely up to structural slab, carefully without damaging the slab; including collection, loading, transportation and disposal of debris outside the premises to an approved dumping location, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for injection grouting using Dr. Miracle WAC.or Techno commercial equivlant as approved all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fixing of 10mm dia Aqua TP aluminum grouting nipple up to 75-100 mm depth by drilling with 12 mm bore hole and fixing in cement mortar at roof 1M along foundation, tiles, and junctions/traps all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dr. Miracle WAC or equivalent as approved impregnation waterproofing after preparation of surface all as specified and directed..

M&L for 7 Layers of Waterproofingall as approved : LAYER I: AQUACOAT Primer (POLYMERIC Bitumen Emulsion) @0.7 kg/sqm. LAYER II: AQUACOAT (POLYMERIC Bitumen Emulsion) @1.2 kg/sqm. LAYER III: Laying Supreme Aqua shields/AQUACRAFT membrane (LDPE) POLYTHENE Backed Craft Paper 70 GSM with 100 mm overlaps. Tested as per IS7941. LAYER IV: AQUACOAT (POLYMERIC Bitumen Emulsion) @1 kg/sqm. LAYER V: Laying Supreme Aqua shields/AQUACRAFT membrane (HMLD) POLYTHENE Backed Craft Paper 70 GSM with 100 mm overlaps. Tested as per IS7941 LAYER VI: AQUACOAT (POLYMERIC Bitumen Emulsion) @1.2 kg/sqm. LAYER VII: Fixing 3mm thick China mosaic tiles directly on emulsion and pointing with 1:3 (cement: silica sand)

M& L for Polymer modified ESKOO @2.5 Kg/SQM or Techno commercial equivalent as approved . Heat reflective polymer coats with 40GSM reinforcement, prepared and applied on the top Roof and parapets, external and shaft walls and roof.

M&L for waterproofing by applying 2 coats of AQUAPROOF 102 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved with Fibre Glass cloth over cracks, junctions etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charges for Providing PRE-FILTERS Dr. Miracle 3D 304 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved SS Grating of size 175 mm x 175 mm x 70mm for replacing the existing rains water spouts / Aluminium.all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, columns where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates,Conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) quality A, complete all as specified.

M &L for Preparation of new steel surafces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old wooden windows of size n exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) , complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 18 - 20 mm thick machine cut mirror polished Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table, floors and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding and rounding allall as specified and directed.

M& L for factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles (Area not exc 2.00 sqm each) with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured and paid )

S&F in repairs aluminium grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section as requird manufactured by M/S Decogrill as per design No DG- 104, 7.5 mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

S & F sheet glass 4.8 mm thick ordinary quality in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
