Note: Anti-Suicide safe down rod will be active if load on fan exceeded 20 kg, then down rod pipe open from middle and spring in pipe will be expanded for landing smoothly of person trying to commit suicide.

S&F for G.I. pipe medium grade bend to shape 1.5 m (32/40 mm dia as required at site) with two Nos clamps made out of 50x6 mm flat and two Nos bolt with nuts duly grouted in wall or fixing on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of sheet metal enclosure Double door, VTPN MCB DB 6 way, 415 V with 200 Amps rates Bus bar, IP-43 complete fixed properly in concealed position including internal , incoming /outgoing electric connections by means of suitable size of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB’s of cables/wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made epoxy powder coated distribution board SPN 8 Ways double door with acrylic top cover (IP-43 Protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600×600× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level) connected to GI wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm the PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways with MS Handle 8 mm dia, plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150 mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earthwork and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Blg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on blank painted M.S. Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer of capacity 3.0 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix commercial Reverse Osmosis water purifier of output capacity of 50 Litres per hour with purification by RO+UV+UF and TDS controller complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing main distribution GI Pipe of 40 mm dia and inserting tee 40x40x25 mm, etc. including necessary all connected accessories for tapping 25 mm connection completed all as specified and directed.

PVC insulated FRLS cable from Junction Box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are included and are a part of installation), including construction of shallow foundation with M-20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqm at 2 m depth with all materials and labour including erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated sheathed suitable core flexible cable of copper conductor of suitable size, lugs, MCB etc. including provision of 4 Nos GI Pipe/ Plate earthing (02 Nos for mast and 02 Nos for electrical panel) with 2.5 m long 40 mm dia perforated GI Pipe including connection to high mast earth terminal with 25x3 mm GI Flat strip with all materials and labour including installation of the electrical feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete pedestal complete all as specified and directed. Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Flood light fitting 150 Watt, asymmetric, individual LED’s with secondary lens optics with IP-66 ingress protection, having pressure dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, 4 KV inbuilt and 10 KV external surge protection efficiency 120 Lm/W, internal wiring with suitable size 3 core copper conductor cable for mounted on GI bracket on high mast (16 m height) complete all as specified and directed.
