Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of transformer step down outdoor type 11 KV, 433 volts three phase 50 Hz, 500KVA capacity core type double copper wound coil immeresed, naturally cooled oil natural air natural (ONAN) , with external cooling tubes / fins , delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connected to secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector group Dyn11 with neurtal brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having seven tap positions on HV side for voltage variation from +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% for HV side to be changed by the mains of hand operated off load tap changing gear. Max losses at 75 °C Temp rise at 50% of load shall not exceeds 1430 watts and at 100% load shall not exceed 4100 watts. The max temperature rise should not increase 40°C in oil (measured by thermameter) and 45°C in HV/LV windings (measured by resistance method) after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40°C. The transformer shall be be confirming to IS-1180 Part-1 (2014) with energy efficiency level -2 as per gazette notification No. CG-DL-E-08042021-226437 dt 08 Apr 2021 (Amendment No. 04 dt Mar 2021 to IS : 1180-2014) including initial filling of transformer oil confirming to IS- 335 and shall comprise of following : (a) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with brass/copper rod , nuts/washers and cable box. (b) one cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushings with copper rods complete with nuts/washers with cable glands suitable for taking out of LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil temerature gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent ( Silica Gel) . (e) Expansion vent thermometer pocket on tank cover , oil level gauge , oil drain filter, filter valve, lifting lugs/jacks , oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete , air release valve plug and 04 nos plain solid caste stell deattachable rollers. (f) 01 No dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0°C to 120°C . (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facillitate fixing of 32/6 mm GI earth strips for body earthing. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for Neutral. Note : (i) Quoated rate shall be inclusive of providing T&P required for testing and commissioing of transformer 11/0.433KV ,500 KVA rating to the propsed location by providing hydra and tractor trolley complete.

Material and labour for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 500 KVA transformer, LT feeder pillar box along with HT/LT cable complete with 'I' - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appended below:- (a) Fabrication of chassis of moveable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base plate of size 3.66 RM x 1.83 RM wide welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channels of size 200mm x 150mm of length 3.66 RM (02 Nos along with 4 Nos outer cover with inner cover incl rubber flap of size 7.5, 16 ply with steel rim of laod capacity 1250 type wheels and steel rim with bearing and heavy duty axel of size 100mm x100mm of length 1.83 meter long - (02 Nos) (b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS sheet of size 5mm thick welded all around the base platform of trolley of height 0.50 meter with back open-able shutter duly hinged (heavy duty ) and locking arrangements complete. (c) Suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - (04 Nos) made out of E-N 180 steel flat of size 100mm x100mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (Total flats 06 Nos/Per sheel) including cutting, welding grinding at the time of fabrication of jobs complete. (d) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channels/base plate/tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of syenthetic enamel paints (olive green) shade over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel sufraces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Drawing of Trolley shall got approved by GE before fabrication as per Transformer manufacturer recommendation.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavey duty) with alumnium conductor, multistranded, size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts grade, laid in trenches or passing through pipes including testing after laying and commissioning, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cable end terminal out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing matrial and accessories including testing etc complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for cable end terminal out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing matrial and accessories including testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with strandede aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm , 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable end termination kit out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC cables of size 185 Sqmm to 240 sqmm 3½ core core with working voltage 1100 volts.

Supply and fix copper strip size 20 x 3 mm both side drilled (hole size as per the neutral terminal of the transformer) 2 piece including brase nut and bolts & washers 04 nos.

Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25x 3 mm as fixed to wall on batten or recess or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation complete.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of totally enclosed outdoor type LT Panel weldless cubical Kiosk in modular bolted construction type dust and vermin proof floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection ) made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet of recommended size.All sheet metal parts separately chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process. The panel having both side opening door with locking arrangement.all doors fixed with aluminium hinges with suitable size nut bolts and shall have flexible fixing of each switchgear and controlgrae compartment with cable alley tray of size not less than 30 cm. duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, bus bar 800 amps rating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland and LT panel shall be mounted on iron angle frame made out of 50 X 50X 6 mm frame with 4 no. legs size not less than 45 cms fixed with nut bolts of suitable size (bottom portion of the panel) , LT panel shall be grouted in the trolly with suitable size of angles, nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as directed and suitable for and including the following . INCOMMER (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 630 amp, rating thermal magnetic prottection unit with rupturing capacity 50 KA with Rotary handle complete , - 01 No as incomer. OUTGOING (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts with rating thermal magnetic prottection unit rupturing cap 36 KA,with Rotary handle , 200 amps - 02 Nos for outgoing , (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts with rating thermal magnetic prottection unit rupturing cap 25 KA,with Rotary handle , 160 amps - 02 Nos for outgoing. (iv) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts with rating thermal magnetic prottection unit rupturing cap 25 KA, 100 amps - 01 Nos for outgoing. (v) MCB SPN 32 AMP 03 Nos . (vi) Indicator set RYB -01 Set of 3 pcs only . (vii) Multifunction digital panel meter suitable to display amps, volts, frequency etc - 01 No including CTs of appropriate ratio. (Viii) MCB ,SP 10 amps 03 Nos ( for metering equipment ) (ix) All accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable or strip including foundation as per manufacturer instruction all as required and directed. Note : The Drawing of LT Panel got approved by GE before fabrications.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavey duty) with alumnium conductor, multistranded, size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts grade, laid in trenches or passing through pipes including testing after laying and commissioning, complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for cable poles etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layerss not exceeding 25 CM in soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer incharge

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable using fine sand in two layers first layer of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick (Punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying the cable complete all as a specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note : Compacted thickness sand cushioning of 150mm shall be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

Supplying and laying to cover HT electric supply cable with one layer un-reinforced precast concrete cable of class HV , type-1 flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm thick laid across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC Cover shall be factory made only and cover casted at site will not be accepted.
