Renovation/Upgradation of the damaged lawn area. 1.5 Acre or 6070.5 Sqm Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15 cm to 25 cm and watering the same at site.

(i) Fine dressing the ground at site.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying and stacking of Jamuna Sand at site i/c royalty and carriage, loading, uploading with all lead and lifts upto 5 Km lead complete.

Supply and stacking of Red Bajri at site by mechanical transport i/c royalty and carriage loading uploading with all lead and lifts

Supply of chemical fertilizers i.e, Neem Coated Urea in packing in 45 Kg each gunnybags/plastic bags at site

Digging of Holes in ordinary soil & refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with sludge or manure in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of good earth after reduction by 20 % and 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing i/c removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts cost of sludge or manure and extra good earth if needed to be paid for seperately. (i) Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep

(ii) Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Supply of Neem oil Cake in packing in 50 Kg each gunnybags/plastic bags at site

Supply of Tree Plants at Site. (i) Providing and stacking of Polyalthia longifolia height 150-165 cm. in polythene bags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(ii) Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica height 120-130 cm. in big polythene bags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge ay site.

(iii) Providing and stacking of callistemon lanceolatus height 150-165 cm. in big polythene bags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(iv) Providing and stacking of Bottle palm of height 150-180 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(v) Providing and stacking of Fishtail palm of height 15-20 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in big polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(vi) Providing and stacking of Polyalthia Pendula of height 150-165 cm. in polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

Supply of Shrub Plants at Site. (i) Providing and stacking of Euphorbia caracasana (bronze colour leaves) height 60-75 cm with 2-3 branches in polybags of size 20 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(ii) Providing and stacking of Gardenia jasmenoides of height 45-60 cm with 3-4 branches in polybags of size 20 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(iii) Providing and stacking of Bauhinia tomentosa (yellow) of height 60-75 cm with 3-4 branches in polybags of size 20 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(iv) Providing and stacking of Hibiscus variegated of height 45-60 cm with 3-4 branches and healthy variegated foliage in polybags of size 20 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(v) Providing and stacking of Tabernaemontana divaricata of height 45-60 cm in polybags of size 20 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(vi) Providing and stacking of Mussaenda erythrophylla (Rosea) of height 60-75 cm multi branched in polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

Supply of Hedge plants at site. (i) Providing and stacking of Murraya exotica of height 45-60 cm in poly bags of size 15 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(ii) Providing and stacking of Putranjiva roxburghii of height 45-60 cm in poly bags of size 15 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

Supply of Ground covers for Gap filling in shady areas at site. (i) Providing and stacking of Syngonium variegated of height 20-30 cm with 2-3 suckers healthy foliage in polybags of size 15 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(ii) Providing and stacking of Chlorophytum variegated, full of leafy suckers in 15 cm size of polybags of size 15 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.

(iii) Providing and stacking of Setcreasea purpurea, full of variegated leaves in 15 cm size of polybags of size 15 cm as per direction of officer-in-charge at site.
