Note:- (a) Two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

S&F converntial lightning arrestor for providing level I - High protection to the entire Armoury building of size 45 mtr x 36 mtr x 4 mtr height by using a single Tercel Tz 63 advanced lighting arrestor including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubular MS painted mast 9 meter long above the ground (2 meter below ground) at a strategic location with in the vicinity of 3 to 4 meter of the Armoury building out side alongwith guying arrangement & foundation work with all necessary accessories for installation of advanced lightening arrestor including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F down conductor ISI marked 70 Sqmm PVC insulated copper flexible wire including both end termination suitable size cable clamps etc from advanced lightning arrestor upto the earth pit terminal including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and replacement of existing 6 digit seven segement Tercel LCD couner in IP67 enclosure alongwith mounting clamp etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Tripod chemical earthing (i.e. three chemical earthing are indiviaully connected in delta form through copper strip) including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three Nos 3000 mm long 50mm dia copper bonded rod with top removal compound filling cap, seepage holes, stainless steel fasterners, HDPE lockable earth pit cover cump inspection chamber alongwith 150 Kg of earth enhancement back fill compound including digging of pits. (ii) Copper earthing strip 25x3 mm for interconnection of all three pits alongwith necessary clamps. (iii) Any other accessories including design modifications to achieve the required earth termination rod resitance value below 1 ohms or as per the OEM / international standard recommendation. Supply, installation and replacement of existing damaged lighning arrestor with Tercel Tz 63 advance leghtening arrestor on the existing lightening arrestor mast complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
