Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth D.S.R 2023 6.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (M-20) (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).S.R.O.

8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting. bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-5000 or more.S.R.O.

Mild steel or irom work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie road grating etc (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bedning etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts nuts if required welding grinding and making holes sas required for completion of work. .As D.S.R 10.13

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 consisting one part cement and Six part of Coarse sand mortar.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture DSR 2023, 13.48.3

Finishing walls with water-proofing on cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durrocem, robiacem, guttucem supercem quality and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) overone and including one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.D.S.R 2023 13.47.1

Providing and laying rectifided Glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thikness to be specified by the manufacturer )of 1st quality conforming to IS15622, of approved make, in all colour dedo laid with 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished and jointing with white cement slurry and pigment & polising complete including supply of all materials and labour etc. Proper completion of work.Si.
