Repairing of Bituminous road on Left Flank and Right Flank of Maudaha Dam.(Lot-5)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete grade II with 120 TPH capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificationclause No. 507, etc complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting line ,dashes,arrows etc on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint confirming to IS:164 on bituminous surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and technical specification clause 1702.

Providing & Laying of Rubber moulded Zig-Zag interlocking concrete block pavements having thicknesss 80 mm with preparation of sub base of 25 mm thick coarse sand including filling joints with sand.(overall rate) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
