Term Contract of CI pipe and allied works in Delhi Cantt.

To execute all civil works under term contract of CI pipe & centrifugally cast pipes of Class LA, A, & B and allied works in Delhi Cantt. and as specified under scope of work in technical bid (on page 27 of RFP) and as per specification contained in CPWD specifications Vol. I & II of 2019 with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer subject to plus/minus percentage offered by the bidder. The work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Tenderer shall insert only percentage by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR-2023 CPWD respectively as per his calculations. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes and nothing extra shall be payable. Further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood clause 10 on page 68-69 of The Technical Bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions fully.
