Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Supply and filling with well gravel layer by layer including watering, Ramping etc complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five sand) using II class table molded bricks chamber burnt bricks of size 9" X 4 1/2" X 3" for the following including curing etc., completed.

Ground Floor

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., Size : 0.60 X 1.85

Weathering course in concrete broken stone brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC slab. The proporation being 32:12:5 for requuired slope and the thickness of roof as required and well beaten with wooden beaters etc., completed

Terrace flooring with one couse of pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 in cement mortar 1:3 mix with impermo oil 2% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick

Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour glazed tiles with printed design of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

Painting two emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Painting new iron work for doors, windows, grills, weld mesh sceens etc., two coats etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion wiith suitable colour

Solid PVC Door with frame Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.
