Supply and filling of transformer oil as per IS 335/1993 for replacement/topping up of transformer oil upto optimum level of the transformer & HT link switch(VLE/Tee Off) having die electric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.

De-hydration and filtration of transformer oil direct from transformer / VLE / Tee off switch at site with help of transformer filtration and dehydration machine of capacity not less than 100 LPH of reputed company and testing of die electric strength before and after dehydration and filteration work complete all as directed and specified. De-watering of existing RCC UG water tank size 25000 Gln capacity at UG tank with wire brush,cloth ,bleaching powder,removing all dirt scale from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc through drain pipe or by manually including writing with white paint in tank wall as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date ,month and year with a minimum 10 CM height capital lettrs/numbers and conducting all connections (if any) after cleaning and testing at different multi-storeyed buildings at AF camp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system. (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(c) Fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (d) first bacteria screening is desertification by using TERBAC G5 a govt laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e) Cleaning of the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) The second bacteria screening and sterlizing method by using ultra violet ray with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Cleaning the third bacteria screening and sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65.

Carrying out water quality test reports by collecting of water sample for testing form main water receiving of UG sump at AFCB in special sterilized container and submitting to Govt. approved test laboratory as per IS 10500 (quality of water suitable for human consumption or not is to be menttioned in microbiological water test report). Note : Testing shall be carried out in a Govt approved testing centre all as directed by Engr -in- charge

M&L for Rewinding of electric motor AC 3phase 415 volts 50- HZ of capacity 75 HP with supper enamel copper wire of same size and heating and varnishing after removing the old burnt out winding including replacement of bearing etc and testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the channel base and taking out the pump & motor of capacity 30 HP AC 3 phase 415 volt, disconnecting the pump motor, opening the pump, cleaning de-rusting thoroughly, machining inside body of the pump & repairing by replacement collar rings, gaskets, Impeller locknuts, shaft key etc re-assembling the pump including installtion & testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Panel board for pump of any size/ any type by disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable wires and spare parts and rewiring the same with same size of copper wire, replacment of nut & bolts with washers, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour including necessary preparation of surfaces and replacement of minor defective spare parts including testing and commisioning complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for renewal of GI earthing by Copper Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to copper strip 25mm x3.0 mm as as earthing lead, protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe bore for protection of copper strip, jointed properly with nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers, making earth test point inside the substation of same material as directed, adequate length of GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, supply and filling charcoal dust, common salt all around the electrode in alternate layers of 150 mm and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with a Cast Iron hinged cover resting over the Cast Iron frame painted with bitumastic paint which shall be embedded in the block masonry having PGI funnel and wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work, refilling and connected to main Transformer/LT/HT Panels for its smooth working for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters including testing of earth resistance as required complete all as specified and directed.
