Design, fabrication, supply and erecting, Pre-engineered building steel structure for provision of storage Sheds of external size 62.00m x13.80 M x 4.80m (minimum clear height) using 0.45 mm base metal thickness Galvalume as in roofing and LGSF structure with 150 mm thick sandwitch EPS wall panel all as specified with following design parameters all as specified and vetted design and drawing by any IIT/NIT and approved by Chief Engineer Lucknow Zone with permanent specification complete all as specified and as shown on drawing: - (i) Frame type Pre-Engineered Building (ii) External size of shed 62.00m x13.80 M x 4.80m (minimum clear height) (iii) LGSF structure with 150 mm thick sandwich EPS wall panel (iv) Anti-corrosion treatment and painting as per IS -1477 Part 1 & 2 . Note : (i) Design parameters of PEB structure is attached as appendix ‘A’ (ii) Following items mentioned under srl no 1.01 to 1.21 here-in after shall also be included in lump sum rate quoted against Srl item No 1 of BOQ.

All primary structural components should be confirmed to IS: 2062 E-350 BR, Having a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPs and pass physical & Chemical tests stipulates therein
Purlins and side girt members shall be made from cold Formed Sections, Confirming to IS : 811, having a minimum tensile strength of 345 MPs. The sheets used for cold forming sections shall confirm to IS : 1079, 2009 quality HR3
LGSF structure with 150 mm thick sandwich EPS wall panel
Permanently colour coated high tensile steel sheet having minimum base metal thickness of 0.45mm (i.e excluding Aluminium -Zinc/galvanizing & colour coating thickness) & minimum Yield strength of 550 Mpa, coated with 55% Al-Zn alloy @ 150 g/Sqm as per ASTM A792M; Color coated with total minimum thickness of 40 microns (nominal) comprising of Silicon, Modified polyester (SMP with silicon content of 30% minimum) paint or super Polyester paint of minimum 20 microns (nominal) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) on exposed side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat and 10 microns (nominal) approved colour Epoxy paint on other side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat as per ASTM A755M
100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in sub base of floor
200 mm thick PQC flooring of flexural strength 40kg/sqcm field using 400kg of cement per cum
Forming 12 mm thick expansion joint 200 mm deep filled with pre-formed bitu-minous filler and top 30mm primed and filling joints with sealing compounds Grade ‘A’ (chemical and fire resistant polyurethane joint sealant) numbers of joints as required.
Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 25 mm deepx10 mm wide filling joints with sealing compounds Grade ‘A’ (chemical and fire resistant polyurethane joint sealant) size of panel not exc 16 sqm each.
75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in base of Plinth protection
75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3)
Steel rolling shutter 1.25 mm laths thickness, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle shall be provided . The rolling shutter shall be provided with top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple with safety lever lock mild steel with four levers fixed to EPS wall panels including all necessary arrangements.
Ramp provided same as per flooring specification
4.5 mm thick figured glass
3 mm thick polycarbonate corrugated sheeting for sky light as marked in roof plan.
Stainless steel non powder driven SS turbo air ventilator 600 mm dia as marked in roof plan.
PAINTING SCHEME FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: (a) Soap paint :- One coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer-75 microns (b) Soap paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint -30 microns (c) Site paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint- 30 microns (after erection & fixing work)
Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer on other than structural steel surface
Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on internal and external surface of EPS Panel wall.
Two ventilators in each bay and one in front side of size 1.80 m x0.60m with three equal panels shall be provided with 4.5/5.5 mm thick ordinary sheet glass and MS wire fabric not less than 4 Kg/Sqm including suitable frame for fixing with EPS sandwich panels as per plan.
PATH Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete including filling interstices with and including approved fine materials complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 200 mm thick PQC path of flexural strength 40kg/sqcm field using 400kg of cement per cum thickness of concrete 25cm or less and laid in alternate bay . complete all as specified and directed.
M&L finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by belting complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joint 200 mm deep filled with pre- formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound GRADE 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION OF SHEDS Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi - corrugated, etc. ) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in any position in framed work complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down wooden roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams Clear span exceeding 8 m but not exceeding 13 mtr complete all as specified and directed
Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling structural steel work of any description in any positions not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of CGI/ PGI sheeting any thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., after supporting rafter by using prop , scaffolding, ladders, claders etc complete all a specified & directed.
