Taking out the unserviceable Compressor (Sealed unit) from water cooler 40 liters capacity of any make and type and repalacement of new compressor obtained from the factory out let of make Copeland/Tecumseh/Whirlpool, model KCE 444, AE 4440 YGS, LG 57 including suitable relay, over load and starting/running capacitor, flushing out the old bunt condensite from the gas system by vacuumisation, cleaning the system by CTC solution, pressure testing of the system, gas charging with R-134a gas upto the desired pressure, testing & commissioning the water cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i) The rate of supply and charging of gas R-134a is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii) The rate of supply and fixing of new relay, over load and starting/running capacitor of suitable capacity also included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Note :- (i) The rate of supply and charging of gas R-134a is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii) The rate of supply and fixing of new relay, over load and starting/running capacitor of suitable capacity also included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Taking out the unserviceable Compressor (Sealed unit) from water cooler 150 liters capacity of any make and type and repalacement of new compressor obtained from the factory out let make Copeland/Tecumseh/Whirlpool, model ACJ 513, AW 1000, including suitable relay, over load and starting/running capacitor flushing out the old burnt condensafe from the gas system by vacuumisation, cleaning the system by CTC solution , pressure testing of the system, gas charging with R-134a/22 gas upto the desired pressure, testing & commissioning the water cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i) The rate of supply and charging of gas R-134a / 22 is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii) The rate of supply and fixing of new relay, over load and starting/running capacitor of suitable capacity also included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Blower fan motor 1/10 HP suitable for water cooler, single phase 230 Volts including mounting ring/washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Blower fan motor 1/35 HP suitable for water cooler, single phase 230 Volts including mounting ring/washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Fan Blade Plastic suitable for 1/35 HP motor.Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Fan Blade Plastic suitable for 1/10 HP motor.Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement Stainless steel taps push button type, 15mm dia for water cooler of any capacity suitable for Usha/Blue Star water coolers.Make and sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for flushing out the condensate from the gas system of water cooler of capacity 40/80, 60/120,150/150 litres, injecting CTC for demoisturing the system , pressure testing and gas charging with R-134a Gas upto the desired pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i) The rate of supply and charging of gas R-134a is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing Starting Relay Assembly with Over Load Protector suitable for water cooler. Make : Annapurna /Reneutral /Denfoss

Supply and fixing Running capacitor of 15 mfd.Make ABB / L&T / GE / EPCOS / HPL / HAVELLS/ DUCATI / NEPTUNE

Supply and fixing Running capacitor of 40/60 mfd.Make ABB / L&T / GE / EPCOS / HPL / HAVELLS/ DUCATI / NEPTUNE

Material and labour for cutting the base of water cooler of any capacity and fabrication of new base made from MS sheet 16 SWG and angle iron as per original size and shape including painting complete coolers with a coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of shade and colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rates of material and labour of thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers or any other hardware which requires for fixing is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing Thermostate valve all as specified and directed.Make and sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for taking out the inner water tank of water cooler of any size and brazing / welding including applying compounds as required to stop leakage from the water tank, replacement of glass wool / toffed sheet, chicken wire mesh of appropiate thicness and spacing and stoppage of leakage in tubing (if any) around the tank and refixing as per oringinal pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Copper Condenser for 40/80 ltr capacity water cooler all as specified and directed. Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Copper Condenser for 60/120 ltr capacity water cooler all as specified and directed. Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Copper Condenser for 150 ltr capacity water cooler all as specified and directed. Make and sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 03 Pin 15 Amp Top Plug, 240 Volts, single phase complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make : ANCHOR / HAVELLS / SSK / LEGRAND / LEADER / MDS

Supply and fixing in replacement Water Cooler Stainless Steel body unit with Condenser Coil, Copper Wound Fan Motor and complete tank including heavy duty copper tubing, stainless steel taps push button type 15mm dia of 40/80 ltr capacity complete all as approved and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Compressor / PVC Drain Pipe / copper cable / float valve and any other parts of water cooler shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as Supply and Fixing .(ii) The rate of Water Cooler Stainless steel body unit , New copper condenser coil, New copper wound fan motor and complete tank including heavy duty copper tubing, stainless steel taps push button type 15mm dia , nuts , bolts & washers is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
