6.02 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Cubical type, Main LT Panel extensible type manufactured by CPRI type tested , having following valid type test certificate (S.C. test 50KA, temperature rise test, high voltage test) suitable for 415 V, 3Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system of suitable size fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers & doors of 1.6mm thick sheet, 3mm thick for gland plates duly powder coated in approved shade, having 2000 Amp capacity extensible type TPN Aluminum bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 3mm thick. Fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have an common aluminum / GI earth bar of suitable size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable for voltage & Current respectively, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears. Panel shall be suitable to receive cables / sandwich bus duct entry from Transformer & DG Sets. Contractor shall get the LV Panel Manufacturer vendor approval and drawings approval done from Engineer In charge before placing order for LV Panels 6.03 Incomer 6.044 Nos.- 1600 Amps. each four pole horizontal draw out type air circuit breaker of fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics = Icu up to 433 V) EDO operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/ isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, confirming to IS : 13947-2, 1993 as amended up to date complete with following accessories for each ACB. Microprocessor communicable release (EMI & EMC Certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection. ACB shall have provision for generating alarm on internal overheating of ACB. ACBs shall be interlocked electrically/ mechanically as required in the scheme. Make of ACBs : Schneider(Master pact)/Siemens(3WL)/Legrand(DMX).6.054 Nos Intelligent multifunction digital meter to read V, A, KVA, KWH, PF Hz etc. having RS 485 port and compatible to PC with modbus protocol with 3 Nos. resin cast CTs of 1600/5 A class 1.0 accuracy and 15 VA burden. - 2 No. Makes : Schneider/Legrand/Siemens/ABB.6.06 4 Sets - 3 Nos.- Phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amps. back up MCB, breaker ON/OFF/TRIP indicating light with MCB, test terminal block set, circuits as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts fo rpositive interlocking of the breakers as required. 6.07 4No. Over Voltage Relay.6.08 4No. Under Voltage Relay 6.09 4No. Surge Protection Device 3 Phase ( T1+T2) 6.10 Incomer Air Circuit Breakers and Bus Coupler Air Circuit Breakers shall be interlocked using Redundant PLC as per scheme to provide maximum redundancy and minimum downtime. The System shall operate automatically and in case of Auto mode failure, Manual option shall be provided. Programmable logic controller of suitable size shall be used to control Air circuit breakers in Auto mode. 6.11 Busbar 6.12 TPN Aluminum bus bars (having 100% Neutral) of minimum of 2000A Amps. capacity ( Consider 1A/mm2) with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC bus bar supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. - 1 Set. Busbar shall be high conductivity of 6101A EC Grade. 6.132 Nos.-1600 Amps. each four pole horizontal drawout type air circuit breaker ( Bus Coupler ) without release of fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics = Icu up to 433 V) EDO operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, confirming to IS : 13947-2, 1993 as amended up to date complete with following accessories for each ACB. ACB shall have provision for generating alarm on internal overheating of ACB. ACBs shall be interlocked electrically/mechanically as required in the scheme. 11/0.415 KV Power Transformers
Supply , Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1000kVA 11kV/415V Step Down Distribution transformer , copper wound, level 2, ONAN, Suitable for Indoor Installation having provision for termination of Busbar Trunking on LV Side and HV Cables on HV side. Transformer shall be fitted with On Load Tap changer with +/-2.5% steps with voltage range from +5% to -15%. OLTC shall be connected to RTCC / AVR PAnel to be supplied by manufacturer along with transformer. Transformer shall be supplied with all standard accessories, Buchholz relay, First fill of Oil etc. Manufacturer shall be JPDCL/ PGCIL approved vendor with valid BIS license to manufacture 1000kVA transformer. Contractor shall get the Transformer manufacturer vendor approval done from Engineer in Charge before placing order for manufacturing.
