Sch A Part-I (B/R Portion)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in soft loose soil, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : - 11.66 (Part-I) + 29.33 (Part-II) = 40.99]

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white washing on new plaster and unplaster of wall surfaces including preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work with rolled mild steel plate girder or single stanchions Fe-290 (Gde E-165) , built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections including connections to separate piece of ISMB with cover plates bolting / welding together with base plates etc. including dismantling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

Erection & Fixing only serviceable plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections including dismantling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work with rolled mild steel in framed work Fe-410W (Gde E-250) Quality B as in doors or gates /truss/purlin of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

Erection & fixing only serviceable rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates /truss/purlin of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Erection & Fixing only serviceable Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, bolting etc including dismantling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long (16 to 20mm dia), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and averaging of width of aperture 1.40mm, fixed with stainless steel wire staples including taking out old wire cloth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted any profile corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/wall cladding , fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling the old unserviceable sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based plain steel sheet for ridge 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/wall cladding , fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling the old unserviceable sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain galvanized 1.20mm thick mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings, length and girth as fixed with grade of zinc coating 275 including welding and sealing the gaps with APP including dismantling the old unserviceable sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs translucent poly carbonate corrugated sheet having thickness 2mm matching with Galvalume sheet roofing with adequate end and side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 200 mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 , 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick Design mix M-25 concrete using 20mm stone aggregate as in flooring finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12 mm Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings as per ratio mentioned in manufacturer's instruction with 6mm stone aggregate cement & metallic floor hardner, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Metallic floor hardner will be measured & paid separately.]

Supply only metallic floor hardner of approved quality, free from non-ferrous metal particles, oil, grease sand, soluble alkalane compunds, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Quantity of metallic floor hardner will be entered in MB before making payment.]

M&L broken stone or boulder hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spred and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty :- 21 (Part-I) + 17 (Part-II) = 38]

M & L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 30cm thick,spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty :- 84 (Part-I) + 17 (Part-II) = 101]

M&L 75mm thick plain cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm gradede crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty :- 210 (Part-I) + 170 (Part-II) = 380]

Sch A Part-II (Area drainage)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for soft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier hoes, etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete in fdn filling and mass concrete type C2,1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement mortar M-25 Design mix using 20mm stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement mortar M-25 Design mix using 20mm stone aggregate as in walls, retaining wall, basement walls any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over 30 Cm as stated under item No 1.32 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Factory made Pre cast reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade using 20mm stone aggregate as in cover slab of any size as directed (for man holes, drain etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately]
