Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size )

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectoriseing glassbeads @250 gram per Sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is excludisive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surfcae to be level, uniform and free form steaks and holes and confirming to the MoSrt & H specification.

Providing reflective pavement maker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT & H fixed to the road surface using the adhessibves and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warrenty and free maintanace.

Planting of Trees and their Maintanance for one year(planting trees by the road side, Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in ground , mixing the soil with decayed fam yard/sludge mannure, planting the sapling, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plant for one year.
