Note :(i) Please refer Sch A/ BOQ Notes before quoting the tender for all phases/ items mentioned below. (ii) Amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted offline. (iii) The contractor has to arrange execution of work at site or as directed by Engr-in Charge under AOR of BSO Bhopal which includes entire area of Bairagarh and SI Line military area. Contractor has to remove furniture items from stores/ Accns/ Office premises and after repair/polishing, shall be kept back in stores/ Accns/ Office premises as directed. Necessary transportation of material and labour at site shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (iv) Approx 25% of material should be delivered at site prior to execution of work, the same shall be checked by Engineer in charge/GE/As directed by GE along with purchase voucher.The bidder shall note No Payment on acoount of material laying at site will be made at any cost and the payment will be realeased on the basis of physical work done only. (v) Balance materail of work will be followed in same manner as per Note 2 above.
