M/o completed scheme under NA-II, Narela Zone.

Providing , supplying of hydraulic operated sprinkler(Truck mount System) mounted CNG truck (BS-VI compliant) of at least 10000 lts capacity for sprinkling of water.The water tanker should have pressure jet nozzle and should be Equipped/designed to discharge of water through nozzle to give shower effect of water droplets.

Note: 1. All deployed tankers shall be fitted with GPS tracking device and GPS data logs must be submitted by the agency. 2. Source of water for sprinkling shall preferabely from DDA's operational STP's preferably Sector G7/G8 shall be arranged by the agency/contractor at their own expenses nothing extra shall be paid. 3. STP treated water will only be used for sprinkling purpose. 4. Penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory compliance, in addition to action as per other term & condition of the agreement. 5. The sprinkler may be required to be deployed at site on short notice as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6. Any challan from any civic & statuatory body etc. issued for non sprinkling of water on roads shall be borne by the agency/contractor at his own cost nothing extra shall be paid.

Note: Condition for L1 bidder-availability and exclusive deployement of water tankers :- The L1 bidder shall be required to submit a memorandum of understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least two water tankers, each having a minimum capacity of 10000 ltrs, and compliant with BS-VI emmission norms or operating on CNG. Furthermore must certified that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period-from the start date until completion of work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements. Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents, or non compliance with the exclusivity condition, within 7 days of issuance of the letter for the commencement of the work may result in forfeiture of the Performance guarantee and will render L1 bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work.
