M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exc. 6.0 m and n exc 7.5 m high from base complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- (i) Rate deemed to be included for suitable water supply arrangement upto 7.50 Mtr height from ground level for well waterring/ ramming purpose. (ii) Rate deemed to be included by contractor for digging of Moorum/Red Bajri available at base /ground level and carriage to place of deposition.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, curved to plan with mean radius not exc 6m with bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick masonary including finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement of walls & floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 0.56 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in covering of crumple joints and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting (Roof covering) of any description or any gauge or thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for labour for Double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved shade) of size 600mm x 600mm having thickness 8 to 9 mm premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08% straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite, laid as in floor, set and jointed using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile includidng necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for labour for Double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved shade) of size 600mm x 600mm having thickness 8 to 9 mm premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08% straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite as in dado/skirting set and jointed oer 10mm thick renderring in Cm 1:3 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shadee of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
