REPAIRS TO KERB STONE, ROAD FURNITURE, CERTAIN ROADS, FOOTPATHS, SIGN BOARDS ETC AT DMRL, DSC LINE, ATC DEVATALAGUTTA AND ADJOINING AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II HYDERABAD

Repairs to potholes any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by filling in screened & graded road metal , watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified

M&L precast cement concrete kerb stone type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) with plain fair faces, includng chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joint to match , including demolition of old kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick, stone, concrete asbestos or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint ( plaster coat) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam by paving bitumen, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness less than 75mm thickness) all as specified

Preparing old black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag hydrulic air gun to remove all loose dirt etc and including applying eveny a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premixed semi- dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness in single layer using bitumen of grade VG -30, with 5.5 % minimum binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrow, letter etc on road pavement and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden, yellow complete all as specified.

Preparation of black bituminous roads surfaces and applying thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with an applicator machine and heated mixed with strilling mechanism at 160 degree celsius temperature laid uniformly with and as directed paint conforming to IS 3262 part I & II of 1989 etc complete as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing concrete work and removal outside MoD land complete

M&L for providing chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles glossy factory made of hydraulic pressed finish of 25 mm thick and size not less than 300x300 / 350 x 350mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments and with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles and screed bed complete all as directed

M & L for precast cement interlocking tiles / paver block, machine pressed of any shape and size as approved by GE, in M-35 grade and 60 mm thick with gray cement and pigment laid and bedded on 20mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling of old paver block complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Cat eyes 100 x 100 x 18.5mm size made out of poly carbonate and ABS moulded body dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors (Red/ Yellow colour) including epoxy glue complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dark eye DA-978 OR TECHNO COMMERCIAL EQUIVALENT

S&F delineator made of MS pipe 50mm bore medium grade, 900mm long using HIP grade retro reflective tape in three colour strips 50mm each embedded in concrete 150x150x300mm and including taking down damaged delineator complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs solar road stud aluminium alloy body of size not exc 125 x 125 x 25mm, (red colour) with battery i.e Ni-MH- 1600mAh 12 volts , LED -06 Nos blinking type, back up exc 48 hrs fixed with epoxy glue.complete all as directed. Make: DA-110/SOLAR STUD DHRUV or equivalent in 3M

Taking out old distrubed/ distroyed delineator of MS pipe, and refixing in position with PCC (1:2:4) after necessary reparing including two coats of black paint & fixing of ratro reflective tape in four colour Red, white, yellow and green strips 50mm each complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repair solar delineator made of MS Pipe 40 mm (one point five inches) dia and 1.2 m long with solar lamp 3" dia (three inches) with visibility upto 500 metre, made out of poly carbonate aluminium material, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Fully retro reflective, Bldg sign board with frame of 50mm dia Stainless steel pipe size 1000 mm x 500 mm .m, made out of 13SWG CRCA sheet with writing bldg name in HINDI/ ENGLISH letters of required size and the sign board shall be fixed to 50mm dia stainless steel pole of height of 1200mm from ground level including excavation of post holes of size 400mm x 400mm x 300mm and getting out in any type of soil and filled with and including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and removing including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specfied and directed.
