21.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved makeconforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : 21.1.1 For fixed portion 21.1.1.2 Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.1.2 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) 21.1.2.2 Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.3 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

21.8 Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 21.8.1 Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing of Automatic Sliding 10mm thick clear toughened glass door of approved make fixed with DORMAKABA (ES 200 TYPE B)/OZONE operator or equivalent approved complete in all respect as per approved .The operator mechanism should compliant with future European standards and produced according to the guidelines for power operated windows, doors and gates, BGR 232, the UVV and the VDE regulations. TÜV design +tested for durability of I Million Cycles, tested according to the low voltage guidelines, fulfils DIN 18650 standards for framed glass door application with dormakaba ST-G Profiles Systems, modular design including internal cover, 2 Nos sliding door panels and 2 Nos fixed panels, both sliding & fixed panels with dormakaba ST-G framed profile or equivalent suitable for 10 mm glass thickness. Operator length should be compatible to have clear opening of 1500 mm (+-100 mm) and clear passage height of 2100 mm or 2400 mm as per suitability including micro processor controlled drive unit, with self learning mechanism,program selector with knob, motion detector (eagle 6 radars, 02 no's), mechanical components, toothed belt, cover profile, floorguide for frame less glass, glass clamping rail, safety device- light barrier, electromechanical lock, body finish: standard silver anodised, 10 mm toughened glass, civil work for the installation of the automated door, covering the space with 10 mm glass left out after the installation of door (fixed portion and openable portion) all complete as per the site conditions as approved by the Engineerin-Charge.
