Shifting of trolly mounted transformer to the site and disconnecting the defective transformer from HT and LT side connection and connecting the trolly mounted stand by transformer by making neccessary HT /LT side connection properly for temporary basis and disconnecting the same after repair of removed /issolated transformer and connecting work shop repaired transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushing , Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigetion of serviceable and unsv items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete. (c) Replacinig Unsv LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet . (d) Re installation of TFR including reassembling of core / winding assebly complete including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity . Note : (i) Dehydration of oil and new transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) The cost of transportation of transformer from site to workshop and back shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate. (iii) HT & LT Bushing, Tap Changer will be measured & paid seperately. (iv) In case HV/LV winding found damages then contractor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately. (v) The rate of cork sheet & packing material for above cap of X-mer are included in quoted rate.

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and winding of HV side copper winding with super enammeled copper wire of existing size , gauge and weight of approved grade wire including necessary insulating material and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and winding of LV side copper winding with existing size / type and weight of copper strip winding of approved grade including rapping of insulating tap and insulating material and heating the coil in the heat chamber is obtained desired result of insulating material complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 43.00 & 44.00 : - (i) Contractor shall be open the core assrmbly and segrigatted the serviceable / unser winding and shown to the EIC before and after incorportation to the TFR . Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of existing transformers 11 KV and servo voltage stabilizer of oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode including toping up of oil if required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Dehydration of transformer / voltage stabilizer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines is arrange by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer / voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separatly

Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60 KV at 2mm gap duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed.

Disconecting the LT incoming and outgoing main cables of any size ,strip opening of the voltage stablizer , draining out the oil into a cleaned container ( container shall be arranaged by the contractor ).Lifting up dimmer and transformer with help of tripoid and chain pulley etc (The T & P shall be arranged by contractor ), checking of all the parts ,cleaning and servicing of the container,dimmer,transformers coil and allied parts including replacememnt of minor parts like nut bolts ,connecting wires ,rubber seals /packing etc . ( The repair/ replacement of the major parts shall be measured and paid seperately ) and reassembling the volt stablizer complete (in reverse order.). Refilling oil ater dehydration and filtration/cleaning by centrifuging machine including testing of samples before and after dehydrations and filtration complete, and reconeecting the incoming and outgoing cable connection, commisioning and testing of the volt stablizer on load complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration of Protective relay programmable type in HT panel with carrying out secondary injection test, set the relays in accordance with the supply agency Protection/Tripping range so as to trip the MES breaker before tripping the fault to supplier grid/ system. Maintenance / repairs to APFC panels, 3 phase AC 415 V, by skilled technician and replacement of unserviceable spares as specified below for capacities 40 to 200 KVAR including replacement of short circuited copper conductor cables with appropriate gauge PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cables and cleaning of all moving contacts of relay contactors, tightening of all terminals and testing afer repairs to ensure serviceability and corrected output at specified powerfactor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Restrainingre of HT /LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified.

Trimming of tree branches upto 11m from ground level all along the over head electric supply lines, to clear all branches maintaining a clear distance of 1.5m from the conductors. Supply & installation of waterless and maintenance free earthing ( grouting ) electrode of size dia 80 mm x length 3000 mm with 17.2 mm MS/Cu bonded MS conductor and pre cast or in-situ cast in high purity electrically conductive granular ( Marconite ) having ultra low resistivity of 0.001 Ohm -m . (Provide the resistivity certificate for the same ) Electrode made of electrically conductive granular mixed with cement to pre cast or backfill the voids surrounding the metal conductor in augured bore hole of 80 mm dia x 3000mm depth , resulting in increase of effective surface area of the earth electrode and in case of high soil resistivity a grid of multiple electrodes to be installed to lower the desired earth resisitance value . Electrode's top terminal should be sealed permanently with the conductive concrete and GI extension strip taken out be terminated at earth bus bar complete all as specified and directed. Note ;- (a) Cost of boring for grouting of electrode as per manufacture direction & earth strip from top of electrode to 7.5 metrs with hardware like nuts , bolts and washers of stailess steel etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted items. (b) Electrode should withstand fault current up to 30 KA for 1 second .(c) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall measured and paid saperatly.

M & L for Earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 1991, GI earth lead wire protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI medium grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall measured and paid saperatly.
