Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 X 200 X 6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dato, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lingth, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base in floor finishes. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Chequered cement concrte tile 25cmx25cmx25mm / 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment confirming jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M :- Taking down Point Wiring carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 63 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminimum conductor of size 16 Sq mm twin core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, flat or circular all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 56949.40 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
