All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse and : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia dn size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber I neoprene, gasket felt. etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing I panelling, C.P brass I stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). For Fixed Portion. New partition/frame 101 x 44.5 mm section for proposed shelves over entrance of toilets

Anodized aluminum (anodised transparent or lyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 80 X 44.5 mm section.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle boardflat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I Type-11) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P Brass I stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. With EPDM rubber I neoprene gasket etc. Complete as per the Architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. Complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) including applying one coat of cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work.

P/F of PVC panelling of required design and make (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) on walls including cost of the G.I Channel on back side, edge moulding and labour for fixing of panelling complete.
