To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26,Executed minimum quantities as 1. Earthwork Excavation 441.00 Cum, 2. WMM 221.00 Cum and 3. Cement Concrete (PCC/RCC) 221.00 Cum.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value i.e16.88 Lakhs), as prime contractor, at least one Similar Work

Each tenderer should further demonstrate, Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 10.12 lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) (usually 30% of the amount of contract) in the format given in the bid document

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 33.76 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract and Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents)

Bidder should furnish site inspection report(The site inspection condition has been incorporated in public interest to enable the bidders to understand in advance the nature of the work, local site conditions, access arrangements, availability of water/electricity, and the technical challenges involved in execution of the work. This condition is uniformly applicable to all tenderers)

Bidder should be minimum Class III P.W.D registered Civil contractor
