M&L cleaning & clearing manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning, clearing of manholes. Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed of in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, upto 150 mm diameter sewage lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning the floor trap, gully trap, IWC, EWC Wash basin, Urinal pots, bottle trap, in kitchen, lobby, bath room, toilets fittings, bends, junctions etc manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well/MCD drain of sewage system complete in perfect running / flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system toilets at any height of floor at any height of floor (Maximum G+7 Floor) including pipe line up to the first manhole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Ser item Nos 1.00 to 2.00 :- 1. Rate also includes for necessary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc. 2. Minimum 02 No of safaiwala alongwith necessary tools will be required to report to complaint cell (M'House) to collect the complaint slip from concerned JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. As per numbers of complaints additional Sweeper/Helper shall also be provided by the contractor but no claim on this account shall be admissible as the payment is to be made per complaint.

M&L Removal of blockage in underground sewage line of any type and size upto 300 mm diameter mechanically by means of mechanised motor vehicle with sewage suction cum jetting machine with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction vacuum type machine having facilities of hydraulic applications with suitable size of nozzle pipes for suction and jetting action. Item shall be executed by the contractor upto satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in RCC slabs, beams, etc drains or manhole covers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made precast heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS flat iron frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with specified thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of make approved by GE (I) R&D Delhi.

M&L for RCC work (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, manhole cover ,drain covers ,Shelves etc and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars of 10mm diameter and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm diameter or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface flat for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made precast perforated heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame plate and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with size 1.00 m x 0.50 m x 75mm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
