Material and labour for taking down unserviceable distribution panel box, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT distribution panel box, outdoor type, IP-65 protection level, conforming to latest IS, maufacturing from CPRI approved panel builder, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet at load bearing and 2 mm at non load bearing, totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front door (two layers) & rear door (one layer) opening, four side slanting canopy type roof on top and suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase,4 wire system AC 50 Hz having aluminium busbar insulated with PVC sleeves coloured in RYB complete with internal wiring and base frame with angle iron frame grouted in PCC(1:2:4) type B1, minimum height 0.6 mtr above ground level, canopy on top, duly powder coated complete suitable for and icluding the following incoming, outgoings and accessories Contd.. 2

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type bus bar LT panel box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts, AC supply and having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 400 Amps capacity, fabricated in CPRI approved factory having modern fabrication facilities, duly powder coated painting, dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-65, the panel shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate, front door (one layer) and rear door (one layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and suitable angle iron mounting base frame at bottom minimum 0.6 Mtr above ground level including PCC (1:2:4) tpe B1work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Indoor type LT main panel box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar (2 times of incommer), pre-wired and fabricated from any CPRI approved panel builder, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication facilities duly powder coated painting, dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-65 and general construction conforming to latest IS, the panel shall be made out of CRCA mild steel sheet (3.00mm thick for load bearing members and 2mm thick for non-load bearing members) duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (one layer) and rear door (one layer) opening facility and suitable angle iron mounting base Contd.. 7

NOTE FOR ITEM NO- 1 TO 9 :- (i) The Panel Box shall be designed in such a way that separate compartmets to each switch gear and bus bar and adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments. (ii) The panel shall be fabricated by any CPRI approved panel builder and drawing should be approved by GE before manufacturing. (iii) Two stage inspection of manufacturing i.e. fabrication before powder coating and during switch gear installation, inspection/factory visit of Engineer-in-Charge is compulsorily to be arranged by contractor at no extra cost. (iv). Contractor should visit the site to understand the scope of work before quoting the tender. (v) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included all type T&P and safety equipments for execution of the job. (vi) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included taking down old panel box of any type, disconnecting existing connections and making new connection with new lugs, thimble, glands as directed at site.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable straight through joint, with and including jointing materials, necessary earth work suitable for 1100 Volts , XLPE LT cable of size 25-50 sq.mm, 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 10 above but cable of size 70-120 sq.mm, 3.5 core.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel section as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, cable duct cover and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable 70 sq.mm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches /ducts or fixed to poles /walls including cable glands of suitable sizes, aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fix PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty served with PVC inner sheathing as in service connections, twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600×600×3mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including HDPE pit complete, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion and retrieving of old GI earthing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cond from .. 28 NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip upto 7.5m shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resistance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper additions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost. (iv) Any damage to the govt property during execution of the job, contractor should make good without any extra cost.
