RENOVATION OF ANGANBADI CENTRE GERUAGARHA AND CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL WORKS, SEPTIC TANK, INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, DEEP BORING, RAIN WATER HARWESTING AND PLUMBING WORK IN BLOCK CHANDWA PANCHAYAT CHANDWA EAST. UNDER DMFT FUND

Civil Work:- Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Poviding Fixing and instulation on top roof APP for waterproofing do------do---- E/I.

Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter/Partition 20 mm nominal thickness of approved shade, quality and make, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600Kg/cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet/PVC foillamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed toframe using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1: 4) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15mm depth , curring , taxes and royalty all complete as per builiding specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size)

Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointing with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curring taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction and E/I. With commercial grade colour tiles.

Providing and laying 25mm thick white makrana marble stone slab flooring of approved quality over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (Lime putty: surkhi: coarse sand) laid and joined with white cement slurry including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
