Provision for M.S. Sheet Barricading of roads providing caution boards , night lamps and watch & ward of site for specials, specials T&P etc.

GRANULAR SUB-BASE with Coarse Graded Material (By mix in Place method): Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular subbase by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials from approved quarry, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).
WET MIX MACADAM: Providing, laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C. in machenical mix plant carriege of mixed material by tipper to site, lating in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H clause 406 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per MoRT&H Specification 406.
Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface).
DENSE GRADED BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100~120 TPH Batch type Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects.
Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.
Laying of 80 mm thick CC pre rubber moulded interlocking paver tile s including 30 mm thick fine sand bed over concrete with 40 mm gauge brick ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of (12:6:1) in foundations and floors including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
Pumping out water from sewer line for continuous dewatering for during the laying of sewer and construction of manhole) including all pumping arrangements diesel etc. complete.
Dismantling of following dia old laid Sewer Pipe including all labour, T&P, disposal of dismentalled material etc. complete.
400 mm Dia RCC NP3 Pipe
Dismantling of following dia Brick Masonry Type Manhole including all labour, T&P, disposal of dismentalled material etc. complete.
1500 mm Dia
Carting of earth upto 4+4 Km distance and recarting after laying of sewer for filling of trenches including loading and unloading etc. all complete.
Making Bund In manhole including supply of all labour ,material,necessary safty equipment such as mask ,oxygen gas cylinder,blower,ledder Tripod stand,pully,etc as required. Sand bags Bricks, cement and Course sand etcand also including removing of bund After completion of work. (2 nos manhole up stream and 2nos manhole down sream)
Providing and filling local sand in excavated trench of above sewer line.
