Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres high from the starting point, all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 2, with peak, size 450mmx l80mm x 40mm for laying in trenches for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE HT insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ ducts or fixed to walls/ poles complete including testing and taking out old unservicable cable, cable covers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- High Voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and rerading shall be reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to Engr-in-charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Renewal of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of HT conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles. (ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm to 120sqmm including complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120-150 sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of defective relays with digital protective relays 3 phase over current and earth fault (04 NO - Programmable i.e. 2NO + 2NC programmable) with high set, CT rating 5A, Aux. supply 24 -110V, TMS range 0.01 - 1.6, 35mm LCD Display, including initial setting of parameters as per existing load of feeder/transformer, in replacement against ser item 1 here in before in existing panel including addition/alteration as required at site, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : as per sample or equivelent as approved by AGE (I).

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration, filtration, heating and refilling of old transformers oil after testing the same for dielectric strenghth not less than 45 KV (RMS). Note:- (a) Dehydration and filtration can be carried out at site by dehydration machine otherwise the same shall be got done from the manufacturing workshop of transformers complete all as specified.(b) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil.(c) Safety of transformer during filteration shall solely be the responsibility of contractor and any damaged caused to transformer during the operation of filteration shall be made good by contractor at his own and no claim for any expanditure on this account shall be entertained during execution of work or later stage.(d) Contractor shall ensure that the conservator tank are full before starting the dehyderation.(e) Testing of transformer oil for BDV and acidity as per IE rules all as specified and directed.(f) Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge equipment wise.

Transformer oil at various location at site as directed, transformer oil Confirming to IS: 335 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Power oil & Equivalent approved by GE Note :(i) Transformer oil shall be supply only in sealed barrels (ii) Item Rate includes transportation & T&P reqiuired

Disconnecting/dismantling in position of 11 KV distribution transformers 63 KVA to 100 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, Transporting to workshop/ factory for repair , drain out transformer oil and keeping in close containers for re-use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer if it requires, re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil, complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new one in relevent items.as directed by engineer encharge. (ii) If any items like winding of HT coil,Reconditioning of LT coil,spares like breather ,silica jel shall be measured in approriate item for smooth functioning of transformer including general , the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates. (iii) Any minor item like nut ,bolt are included in the item rate (iv) Transportation to workshop and back to site /and required T&P like crane etc are to be arranged by contractor rate for which is dimmed to be included in the item

Rewinding of HT coil of transformer with super enameled double paper covered copper winding wire of existing size and Nos of turns alongwith insulating materials like latheorised paper insulations cotton, tape/empire tape, wooden block packing and PVC sleeves soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish,de moisterizing , heating , drying etc including primary testing ,ratio testing,no load testing,core bolt insulation testing complete .Note : Rewinding and testing of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

HT bushing out door/In door type 11 KV, HV made up of free machining brass rod complete with neoprene seal rings, locking nuts as per IS 3347/1967 complete with porcelain bushing and gasket etc complete with current rating up to 250 Amps , complete all as specified.

LT bush rod out door/In door type 1.1 KV L.V made up of free machining brass rod complete with neoprene seal ring, locking nuts and other accessories of working current rating 250 Amps 20mm as per IS 3347/1967, complete all as specified.
