Checking, servicing, preventive maintenance, cleaning (Dry and Wet), inspection and testing of window/Split type Air condineer of capacity 1.5/2 Ton of inverter/ non invertor type or any model and make at site in Multi story buildings as per OEM guideline for safety and performance by means chekcing operation performance parameters, cleaning of blower, condenser fan, cleaning or replacing the air filters, cleaning the condeser and evaporator coils, checkiing the refrigerant level and testing for leakage and topping off refrigerant level, inspecting and tightening electrical connections, lubricating moving parts, checking thermostate calibration, checking the PCB controller cards and capacitor * Remote control handset in and including anti corrosive coating blue/gold fin on condenser and evaporator coils complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Ser No 1.00 above but split type/cassette type AC/Inverter type AC 1.5/2.0/3.0/4.1 Ton Note: For Item 1&2, the quoted rate shall deemed to be in clusive of the following aspect : - (a) Two team (2 Techanician and 2 helper and complaint lodged by user should be rectified within 24 Hrs if more then two team required in summer season it will be responsibility of contractor to provide) of AC mechanic of having minimum 3 year experience any authorized service centre of LG/ Voltas/ Daikin/ Carrier/ Hitachi/ Blue Star/ Carrier/ Panasonic. Technician & Helper will be present daily in MES complaint cell M'House separately from 0930hrs to 1730hrs Monday to Friday, if mechanic & helper is absent from duty or not reported on duty the responsibility lies on contractor and a sum of Rs 2000/- per day of absence shall be deducted from the contractor dues on account of absence. (b) Cost of filters, refrigerant of any type anti corrosion nitrile insulation Blue/Gold fin coating, lubricants and any other consumable items required for routine maintenance and servicing as inticated under sr item No. 1 to 2 above to keep the AC in perfect serviceable condition and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. (c) The cost of T&P including scaffolding/ rope suspended mobile platform/ suspended / cradle/ hydra/ crane etc and safety equipments of works is deemed to be including in quoted rate under respective items being work at multi storey buildings.

Note:- Compressor shall be procured from authorised dealer and contractor shall submit purchase vouchers alongwith written guarantee/warantee as per manufacturer.

Supply and charging the refrigerant gas R22 in window type AC upto 2 ton capacity after and including testing with application of nitrogen gas pressure to find out any leakage, brazing and stopping of all leakage detected, re-application of nitorgen pressure to ensure leak proof gas circulator system flushing out the nitrogen gas complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 45 above but R- 410/32 for split type AC up to 2 TR capacity.

M & L for overhauling of ceiling fan/pedestal/exhaust/table/air circulating fan of any size or make opening the fan motor, overhauling by removing dust from field coils including varnishing of field coils and greasing motor with superior qauality grease for smooth running inlcuding cleaning and washing the blades and assembling of fan motor and refixing at the same location, connection & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing of burnt out winding wire from ceiling fan of any make of size 1200/1400 mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/gauge including insulating material and varnishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for proctective/Anti epoxy coating after chemical wash the VRF OUTDOOR unit to remove carbon, rust and to minimise the Air conditioners gas leak problems from pipes/brazing joints, cooling coils, or all unprotected copper pipes from weather/environmental effect/prolonged corroded condition and also to improve their life span and further protect from corrosion by applying single step coat of Automotive solution or copper preventive coat or any other equivalent solution ISI marked and approved by OEM by spray coating machine in all outer door unit of VRV system 13x14 HP and 13x12 HP and their connected indoor units all types under a skilled/qualified supervisor's supervision complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive annual maintenance of Daikin VRV system indoor units and outdoor units (338HP).NOTE FOR ITEM NO 134 :- (i) Out door units (Make: DAIKIN) of capacity mentioned below:- (a) Total number of outdoor unit- 26 No and total capacity of outdoor units- 338HP. Evaporator Coil. (ii) Repair and replacement of above mentioned item other than (BOQ/Sch-A) required for making fully functional is deemed to be included in quoted rate no extra cost shall be paid to contractor in this effect. Hence the bidder is advise to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rate accordingly.
