Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters of deodar wood, using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. (deodar wood)

Providing and fixing of Almirah’s / wardrobes made of 19mm, 8mm and 12mm thick ply (water resistant), finished with 1.0mm thick laminate inside and outside, including cost of accessories such as locks, handles, drawer channels, hinges, tower bolts, locks. Catchers etc all complete as directed by EIC Complete Job.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and laying in position vitrified floor tiles (2'0" x 2'0") premium quality in floors of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA SOMANY , AGL or equivalent etc. over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing in position window glass panes (4mm thick) wherever required as directed by EIC complete with the cost of wooden fillets, nails etc.
