Note :- (a) The cost of all replaced defective parts / spares is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect . (b) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maintenance includes weekly , fortnightly, monthly , quarterly , half yearly inspection / testing as per service manual . The inspection / test report will be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge. (c) The complete records of replaced spare parts will be maintained and will be produced to Engineer –in-charge on monthly basis or as and when asked to produce the same. (d) The AMC shall become in force immediately after issue of work order No-01 . The lifts willbe handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair / replacement of item to make it fully functional is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (e) All the complained will be addressed within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint if,contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation / penalty of Rs 500-00 ( Rupees Five hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs 1000-00 ( Rupees One Thousand only ) Per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractors dues.
