10 Financial Eligibility Criteria:
10a The Sum (Arithmetic sum) of tenderer’s turnover: revenue (income) from operations for the last three financial year should be of value not less than ₹ 291.99 Lakhs (90% of Estimated Cost put on Tender). The information shall be supported by audited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements of specified period. In case Balance Sheet andStatement of Profit/Loss for the immediately preceding financial year have not been prepared / audited; the account for one more preceding financial year can be submitted. In case, Bidder does not submit Audited balance sheet and P&L accounts for a particular year (among previous three years as mentioned above), turn over for that particular year will be considered ‘0’(zero) for calculating arithmetic sum of previous three years.{Please see Eligibility criteria as per Annexure-A in Tender document} Total Turnover against the criteria Rs. ………………

12. Experience w.r.t. Similar Nature of Work :
Tenderer, during the last four financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) & current year (2026-2027) up to the date of tender submission, must have completed successfully: (1) at least ONE similar nature of work "(i.e. any construction / maintenance works comprising of Civil works)” of value not less than Rs. 259.55 Lakh (80% of the Estimated Cost put on Tender) OR (2) at least TWO similar nature of work "(i.e. any construction / maintenance works comprising of Civil Works )” of value not less than Rs. 162.21 Lakh (50% of the Estimated Cost put on Tender) OR (3) at least Three similar nature of work "(i.e. any construction / maintenance works comprising of Civil Works)” of value not less than Rs.129.77 Lakh(40% of the Estimated Cost put on Tender) OR *Note: similar nature of work "(i.e., any construction /maintenance works comprising of Civil & Electrical works both as a composite package) shall also be considerd valid. a) Firefighting work consisting of pipe laying and pump installation & commissioning should also be considered in similar work category because these are of civil and E&M nature works. b) Experience certificates released by private individuals (proprietor/ partnership firms) shall not be considered. However, experience certificate released by Private or Public limited companies can be considered only if these are duly supported with • Copy of work order or Contract agreement with Client organization. • Form 16 A released by Client organization reflecting TDS deducted • Certificate of CA (with UDIN) certifying the authenticity of form 16 A released by client and TDS deducted towards payment received for the work completed by bidder. c) Only Housekeeping works, Manpower supply works, works consisting only Electrical works, interior decoration works such as wallpapers/blind/curtain installation etc shall not be considered Similar Works. 13 Bidder Office in the State
A Bidder must have Office, on the latest due date of tender submission in any District of The State where Central warehouse ie site of work, is located ie Bidder must have office in Uttar Pradesh State For this purpose, valid GST number shall be considered as proof of office address. 1. Tenderers have to fill complete details in Pre-Qualifying Proforma.
2. Documents pertaining to above details should be scanned and uploaded on e-tendering website at the time of on-line tender submission.
3. RTGS/NEFT E-payment Challans with UTR no. duly authenticated by Bank may also be scanned & uploaded along with tender submission.
4. Bidder must refer Tender eligibility criteria and Qualification norms as per ITB clause 3.2 and Annexure A
5. Affidavit (Annexure-IV) and Signed copy of Integrity Pact must be submitted by the Bidder.
