M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over a coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of internal walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Approval of Engr-in-Charge shall be obtained by the contractor before applying finishing work.

M&L for roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course, sub floor and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for virified dark shade double charged tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm, set & jointed in floors with high polymer modified tile adhesive and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
