Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc coating 120gms as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester rop coat 15-18 microns, sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( 5.5 x 55mm ) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

80 x 1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Making Plinth Protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 13:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

35 mm thick shutters

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding off edges and strips etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing in position eaves or facia board with 12 mm thick non asbestos plain sheet of HILUX Board and 30 cm wide including nailing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.
