Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sunken floor/ foundation and upto G +3 story bldg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Treatment of sunken floor surfaces with 0.488 kg/Sqm first layer of slurry of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours and then applying in second layer slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound @0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours, including taking down old/existing treatment with wire brushing and clearing the dust and foreign material before new treatment and including one GI light grade 450mm long 32 mm dia Spout to each sunken floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) as in roofs of existing water proofing treatment of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc for local depressions RCC surface and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm and will be finished and rendered with 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortor 1:3 using water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and the sand used for the same will be clean and free from any silt, organic matter and impurities, RCC and plastered surface will be wet cured for minimum period laid down in IS 456 & then allowed to dry and leakage checked by pointed test at least 72 hrs. After checking of leakages on dry plaster surfaces.

M&L for apply bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kgs/ Sqm on prepared surface on sunny day. After the primed surface has dried and apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen, conforming to IS -702@ 1.20kg/ Sqm on the surfaces. Provide APP (Atactiic Polypropylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density firm. Minimum weight of membrance will be 3 kg/Sqm. APP membrance will be laid across the slope from lowest line sloping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150 mm & side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrance apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen @ 1.20kg/ Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

20mm thick precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles as in 1:2:4, type B-0, 300x300mm size and 20mm thickness with grey cement & No pigment on bedding layer of 15mm thick cement mortor 1:4 mixed with 5% creosote oil, joined & pointed flush in cement mortor 1:3

Removing any kind of debris/Demolished building material outside A-1 Def land including loading in truck and conveying day to day basis to beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination approved dumping point etc. complete. With all lifts and lead outside MD Land 1 to 2 Km distance, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or dry beded or pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like one piece full in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed including moulding of edges visiable to naked eye.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces by using necessary filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty to obtain smooth/even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorences salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling nails marks with compound of wall putty and sand papering and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of plastered or un-plastered surface old decorative and washing down, brooming down or steel wire brushing, etc and applying one coats of cement base paint on walls, complete, all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement base primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing existing treatment including scraping,removing all mud,cake with wire brush and gunny bags from old plastered surfaces and preparation of surfaces by using necessary filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty exterior grade to obtain smooth/even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of first quality exterior grade wheather proofing acrylic emulsion paint as per manufacturers instructions of any shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old wooden painted surface not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as dircted.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed.
