Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof,and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wirebrush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust,oil,grease,loose particles vegetation root etc including demolition of PCC padding /brick bats of any description any thickness and in any position including shifting of watertanks/pipelines as per site conditions and removing of demolished material out side MD land from site all arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with and including liquid waterproofing compound and 1:30 slope to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with and including liquid waterproofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating complete as specified below (a) Cleaning and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using smart care RP or Epoxy mortar (b)supplying and applying high performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray/brush,smart care ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370,crack bridging ability of 3 mm as per ASTM C 1305,shore A Hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240.The system includes final base preparation epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 kg/sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specification &instructions including Water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing Failed loose pipes and its Joint (In Old Structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe( not less then110mm) followed by Application of two coats polymer polyurethane elastomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joint.(work includes filling of mortar and making good the same) Make:Asian Paints /Berger paints/Dulux paints/STP/Dr.fixit/Smart care/fosroc or as approved by GE. Note:1)Work to be carried out from authorised applicator only 2)Colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE

Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water in patches n.exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using welded mesh where required all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC and welded mesh shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Welded steel wire fabric not exc 4 kg per sqm for plastering in concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Shalicry-215 of STP ltd/Rain coat 601 of Dr Fixit/ Barrier coat of Araldite Ltd over a coat of respective primer on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicry - 215 of STP ltd/Rain coat 601 of Dr Fixit/Barrier coat of Araldite Ltd. over a coat of respective primer including prepariation of plaster surfaces or complete removal of existing treatment filling up of all cracks with approved crack fillers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on backing coat of wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of stone slabs, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in position Pre painted galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as in roof covering/claddig to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa yield strength and zinc (galvanised) + Aluminium combined coating of 150 GSM/PM2(AZ-150) of 50mm TCT having top colour coat of regular modified polyester/silicon modified polyester/HDEP polyester of 18 to 20 micron and back coat of 5 to 7 micron Epoxy primer fixes. RMR 1040 profile width 1125mm Note : The sheet shall be fixed to MS angle with or J hook with incl. wind ties etc & wind ties shall be measured seperately all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift wells. Rate incl scaffolding & Safety Net Cloth at places.

Material and labour Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
