Excavation for pipelines runing under presssure in trenches and pit, in open areas, where disposal of surplus earth is done alongwith the aligmment incuding trimming & dressing sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joints holes, cutting trees and bushes etc., refilling onsolidation and watering of refill, in 15 cm layers all kind of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressingof botton and side of treaches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers and restoration, including the cost of dewatering of rain water , diversion of traffic, night signals fixing caution boards, watching , fencing etc, and outside the town in odinary soil without timbering and shoring upto 1.5 metres depth.HSR item No. 6.8 (a).

Providing lowering,cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished),jointing with rubber rings marked with IS:5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED 600 mm dia RCC NP2 MARKED WITH IS :458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling,re-handling etc., complete in all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in charges. Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR item No. 10.36)

Providing lowering, cutting, jointing and testing RCC 600 mm dia pipe class-NP-3 as per 458-2003 with spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked, antitermite as required at site, into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients and level including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches and jointing with1:1.5 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot and socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to uniform finish etc. as fully described in HSR item No. 29.38 , 29.44, 29.45 & 29.46 including cartage, loading and uploading complete in all respect HSR item No. 29.96 (v) A&C Slip No.14 dated 19.08.2015
