Providing and Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting of the required density. (Rate is inclusive of all materials, labours, machineries etc).

Sub-base with stone aggregate 63 mm to 45 mm including stone screening 13.20mm.

Sub-base with stone aggregate 53 mm to11.20 mm including stone screening 11.20mm.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

On WBM @ 0.75 Kg / sqm.

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (use shredded plastic @ 10% of total bitumen ie 90% VG 30 & 10% shredded plastic).

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent ( 90% bitumenVG 30 & 10% shredded plastic)

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechnical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Nominal cncrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns. .

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 river sand)
