S & F steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix PCC cable route indicators with suitable reinforcement of size 150 X 180 X 10 cm with letter inscribed on both sides as "MES HT CABLE" of specified font size not less than 60 mm as directed and mounted on PCC 45x 30x30 cm complete using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and including painting using cement based paint to the satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note :- 1. Contractor is responsible to trace the route of HT cable with the help of cable testing Van and groute the route indicator alongwith the HT Cable route. 2. Each cable route indicator will be grouted at 100 RM distance.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft /Loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x40mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for GI tubing light grade with all fittings for protection of cable laid in tranches or fixing to pole , wall with suitable size of FI clamp complete of 100 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and directed.

S & F disc type, porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly for conductors working pressure 11 KV grade all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing GOD / DO set /LA, out door type 11 KV complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix lightining arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 volts complete including taking out old unservicable lightining arrester all as specified and directed.

M & L for expulsion fuse unit single pole mounted on insulator & steel frame complete with fused barrel (drop out fuse) suitable for 11 KV for current rating 25 to 50 Amp complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in replacement gang operated AIR Brake switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating mechanisam worked from ground level suitable for 11 KV for current rating upto 200 Amp of approved make with and including operating rod, GI tubing 25mm dia medium grade single piece of suitable length and insulated handle complete all as specifed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : AB switch shall consist of three insulators per phase and 9 isolators in all as specifed and directed.

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 60cm and depth 90cm for laying of HT cable and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type B1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 11 metres including cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining & repainting marking on pole & replacement of reflective band of width 4 cm RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush and painting the existing 2 pole structure by aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for fault detection in damaged UG cable by using cable fault detector/locator vehicle mounted to accuracy of 2 meter for various location inside CME of UG cables of any size any type up to 11 KV as well as 22 KV incl excavation & earthwork in any type of stratra of size 4x2x0.6 m to usually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Earthing using copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using copper strip of size 20X3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, CI pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 ,

M & L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone gauge 40 to 80 mm in HT substation yard complete including removal of any debris etc all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old paint by hard wire brush and painting the existing HT bus bar panel by aluminium paint including handles minor parts complete and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ples or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT OH lines at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed by Engineer in charge. A fine of one time quoted rate per running metre will be deducted if the over growth is found along the pole all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F aluminium conductor, steel reinforced overhead conductors (all sizes) incl copper binding wire etc complete all directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting of tree branches/grass at sub station compound and removal of all the wasted materials at far distance from sub station all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S & F chain link galvanised fencing using 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire including line wires, of 100 X 100mm mesh size staining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable one.

Supply and fix reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for cement concrete as in coping including necessary form work type BO (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type sheet metal enclosure cable jointing box CPRI & MSEDCL approved of 3 way suitable for HT 25 KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos epoxy insulators and 03 Nos copper bus bar and made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry/exit of size upto 300 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and wshers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shall be of powder coated colour red of size 1.2m x1.0mx 0.6m complete all as specified and directed
