Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification SS 20B.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm Ø spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of sand) using new best rough and bond stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Providing and Iaying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20 mm aid down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / Super Plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 m³) 7730 Kg. of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 m³) 5156 Kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 m³) 7670 Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one part of cement and four part of sand) 12 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc. complete with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of country wood wrought and put up in scantling over 4 m length for fixing in position of rafter and roof timbers including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of wrought and put up country wood shutters for fully paneled (five equal panel) single leaf door with provision shall be made for 3 numbers of hinges, tower bolt 2 numbers Aldrop 1 number handle 1 number lock with key 1 set and 50 mm Ø rubber block.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc using MS flats and rounds as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per the schedule of rate)

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I. sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers, transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Paving floor with vitrified tiles (marbonite) in all floors over the base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one par of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick pointed with white cement at 0/40 kg/m2 including finishing the joints etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers (The rate should be exclusive of cost of flooring concrete 1:5) special.

Paving roof floor with colour solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7 mm in all floors over the base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick pointed with white cement at 0.40 kg/m2 including finishing the joints etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers (The rate should be exclusive of cost of flooring concrete 1:5) special

Dadooing the walls with plain glazed tiles of 150 x 150 x 6 mm set in cement mortar 1:2 (one part of cement two part of sand) 12 mm and pointing white cement used 4kg/m2 neatly etc complete as directed.

Supplying and Laying of granite slab of 18 mm thick for staircase in cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three part of sand) using river sand and pointing with same cement mortar to full depth including labour charges for fixing, curing polishing and finishing neatly etc. complying with Standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc complete

Dry rubble masonry using new stone including simultaneous pointing of the export surface and all incidental charge such as bailing out water etc complete, Scaffolding curing fishing complete with standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position best quality of approved make colour Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm leveling course 1:4:8 - 100 mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the disturbed potion to original condition without leakage etc., including Labour charges for fixing etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of glazed colour European water closet of size 58 cm with ‘P’ trap; and double flopped seat cover, 12.5 litres capacity PVC low level automatic flushing tank including all internal plated brown headed stopcock, 12 mm nylon connection with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps screws to the portion of coming with wall or floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make white glazed earthen ware lipped mouth plat back urinal of best approved quality with G.I pipe connection of suitable length,32mm bell marthed PVC connection 15mm Ø gun metal gate value fixing the urinal to the wall in position with necessary teak wood plugs clamps , screws shellac etc.. including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition fixing the 15mm Ø G.I pipe connection and wheel valve painting the pipe with two coats of approved paint over one coat of primer and checked with out any leakage complete complying with standard specification. The urinal should be got approved by the E.E before use.

Supplying and fixing approved best quality aluminium anodised towel rail 600mm long and 20 mm Ø with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Departmental officer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5 mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug etc complete complying with standard specification.
