SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG Nos P-133 (04 X QTRS) JCOs MD ACCN OF SOMNATH LINE AND P-286 (04 X QTRS) JCOs MD ACCN OF RANA SANGHA LINE AND P-200 (IRONING ROOM) AND P-244 (JCOs MESS / CLUB) OF CERTAIN UNIT AT MIL STN UDAIPUR UNDER AGE (I) UDAIPUR

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 7 to 8mm thick Non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles in floor, area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm laid over 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 600x300x7-8mm thick laid over 10mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:3, set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. The dado shall be flush with plaster & all edges properly mitered. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for non skid Colour Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

All as per above but in skirting to walls including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L machine cut Udaipur Green marble stone slab 18-20 mm thick mirror polished laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 in steps, cills etc including rounding of edges at nosing. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Black granite stone in single piece in cooking plateform complete laid over 15mm thick rendering layer in CM 1:4 and jointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and providing necessary holes for gas pipe / water supply pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white flat back, size 550x400mm white, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets and vitreous china pedestal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F in repairs vitreous china clay water closet squatting pan ORISSA Pattern size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rest incl 'P' or 'S' traps, flush pipe of 32mm dia HDPE pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F in repair Polymer coloured (Polypropeylene Delrin and ABS) low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity, valveless syphonic action type complete with inlet ball valve float valve bends brackets, rawl plug, brass screws handle etc complete having BIS derscription mark with 2731 with and including suitable size of MS brackets, plug, screws all as required incl taking down existing high level/low level flushing cistern any type disconnecting pipes and jointing with new one etc and making good the floors/walls as per existing floor finish/wall finish including 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe and jointing with Water closet of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
