Supply, installation connection & testing of AC DB Panel shall be metal clad, totally enclosed, rigid,wall mounted, air ventelator, cubical type suitable for operation on three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 63 Amps with type 2 SPD NVR & contactor having provision of incoming & outgoing armoured cable) The panels shall be designed for minimum expected ambient temperature of 45 degree Celsius, 80 percent humidity and dusty weather. All indoor panels will have protection of IP54 or better. All outdoor panels will have protection of IP65 or better. All the 415 AC volts devices / equipment like bus support insulators, circuit breakers, SPDs, VTs etc., mounted inside the switchgear shall be suitable for continuous operation and satisfactory performance.

M&L 1.1 KV grade 4 core 25 Sqmm PVC or, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, multi-core multi- stranded Aluminium armoured cables shall be used; Outdoor AC cables shall have a UV- stabilized outer sheath all as specified and directed.

M&L 4 sq mm (single core) DC Cable XLPE insulated and sheathed, UV-stabilized, multistranded flexible copper cable, should be colour coded and including DWC HDPE pipe of conduit pipe of suitable size and clamps complete as all specified and directed.

Supply, installation & erection of suitable height as directed byEngineer- in- charge module mounting structure with required accessories for panel mounting. (Mild steel Ms) Coolum’s And Rafters with digging, cementing and Panel laying. (STADD PRO - 120 KMPH WIND), structure standard for solar panels. Structure shall be mounted using suitable RCC / PCC blocks. MS mounting structures may be used for mounting the modules / panels / arrays. Each structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take maximum insolation and including structure with suitable ladder & walkway and necessary water pipeline for cleaning of solar panels with accessories complete all as specified and directed.
