Excavation in trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles/filling of cutting on road including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified.

Supply, Laying, fixing, jointing and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 core, with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/ under floor or fixed naked with walls/ on poles/ in ducts/ in GI pipes all as specified and directed:- (Note- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushoining protection bricks/ tiles/ block, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately.

Suppy and fixing bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI medium grade tubing 1.6 metre long and bent to shape at 120 degree angle at the middle from vertical, fixed with clamps nuts and bolts, washer including removing old bracket and refixing LED street light fitting complete all as specified and directed .

M&L pipe 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit exclusive of boxes(junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tubs, ends and fixing, all accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Installation of SMC terminal/junction box of size 195 x 135 x 90 of polycarbonate thermoplastic housing, weather, water proof fire retardant including 04 Nos terminal on LT poles as specified and directed. Note : MS Clamps, nuts, bolts required to fixing on pole shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 AMP, in junction box Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS, ISI marked of size 2 x 2.5 Sqmm and 1 x 2.5 sqmm for connection purpose drawing through 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit fixed on pole by means of suitable clamp complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Clamp/conduit pipe will be measured under appropriate item under Sch 'A'.

Earthing complete for LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32x6 mm in and including GI pipe 20mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified. (For Panel Earthing: 5 Nos of Panels x 2 Earthing each Panel = Total 10 Nos of earthing)

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternatee layer of 15 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore medium grade for protection of cable laid under the road/ floor complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50 mm bore medium grade for protection of cable for fixing along pole/ wall complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade for protection of cable including provn of PVC heavy duty bends complete for fixing along GI pipe along wall/ pole/laid under the road/ floor complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cross arms, channels, angle iron, clamps, nut, bolts, GI wire etc complete all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down stay assembly complete all as speicified and directed.(Exc will be measured seperately under respective item )

Taking down old LT cable of any type any size as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size from existing LT poles/ street light feeders all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors from existing over head feeders all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and directed.
