Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc . Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately ) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Point wiring in repairs with FR LS PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good and matching disturbed surface of wall with existing surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of PVC conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including galvanised boxes and bakelite sheet for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for the following including taking down the existing complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One light point/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One bell point controlled by one switch

(c) One 5amps socket out let point controlled by one switch on same board with other switches.

(d) One 5amps socket out let point on independent board controlled by one switch.

All as per item No-1 here in before but using FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 sqmm cross sectional area cable for phase /neutral & for earth 2.5 Sq mm green PVC insulated cable for 15 amps socket point on independent board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repairs of batten for retrofit type LED tube T-8 Type upto 1x22 Watt, pre-wired for LED tube complete with all accessories duly connection with three core flexible copper cable and duly fixed on and including two Nos PVC square boxes including taking down the existing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Cat No. LHFXCENNTN1W020 or equivalent in Crompton/Wipro. Note for item Nos. 14 & 15:- Makes of these items should be same and compatible with eath other.

M&L for Sub main wiring in repairs with two runs of single core FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 6 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in and including surface non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia and all fittings like bends, tees, saddles etc including one run of FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed 6.0 sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete.

M & L for Earthing in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR parts-I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil , disposal of soil , providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt, construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type c-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-J cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wiremesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of switch flame proof junction Box in LM-6, with plan cover 3/4 way 20 mm dia size, approved by CMRI Dhanbad all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Sudhir Cat No. JB/OA/104 or equivalent in Flexpro/Blinga/Shyam Switch Gear.

S & F in repairs of Flame proof totaly enclosed type Fluorescent tube light fitting 1X28 watt (T5) FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM-6 with electronic balalst bipin Holder, connector block etc complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable on wall/ceiling approved by CMRI Dhaanbad complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S & F in repairs of integrated LED tube light fitting 1x18/20 Watt, 6000K complete fitting with all accessories duly connection with three core flexible copper cable duly fixed on two nos of PVC square boxes including taking down the existing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Contarcor will provide all T&P for repair/replacement of Lights & point wiring at Wall & ceiling at any Height. No extra cost will be given to contractor for T&P and Ladder etc required for repair/replacent of Lights & point wiring .
