Supply, installation and commisioning of 58.5 KVA silent diesel Engine driven generating set 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire engine as per IS:-10001/10002 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCBIV+emission norms with in-built fuel tank and special residential silencer intergrated with DOC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (A) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine comprises of 4 cylinder,3.5 Lit. liquid cooled, Turbocharged intercooled, developing 75.5 BHP at 1500 RPM having electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke engine designs to run continuously 1500 RPM. Diesel engine conforms to present CPCBIV+ norms. The diesel engine comprise of following: - (i) Radiator with Fan (ii) Electric starter motor with soft starting system (iii) Electronic Governor (G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class governor) (iv) Battery charging alternator (v) Dry type Air cleaner with service indicator (vi) CRDI System (vii) Lube Oil & Fuel filter (viii) CRDI , EGR, DOC (ix) First fill of lube oil & coolant (x) IoT Remote Monitoring System (xi) 1 X 12V DC battery,battery lead (B) Alternator :- For DG Set 58.5 KVA, Alternator suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 Volts, 0.80PF, 50.00Hz, Three Phase in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS:4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. ACOUSTIC ENLOSURE: (i) The Enclosure is of modular construction. (ii) Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. (iii) The sheet metal components are pre-treated and are Polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. (iv) Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure. (v) In - build draw in type fuel tank of 156 ltr. capacity. (vi) The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & noise absorbent PU foam so as to comply with the noise level of 75dB(A) at distance of 1mtr. in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10specified by ministry of Environment & Forest. (C) DG Control Panel with GENSET Controller :- The AMF Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based genset controller, MCB of suitable rating, Key Switch, Push Button (starter),LED: Battery Charging alternator fail indication, Current Transformer, Instrument fuses. The genset controller has all the basic safeties and protections. Notes for item No.01 & 02 :- (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG Set as per instruction of inspecting officer for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour at his own cost. (iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in amount quoted by the contractor. M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level ,connected to and including Galvanised Steel earth strip 32X6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including watering pipe and protection pipe, necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I (Specifications) complete with the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil/rock strata. (b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m long complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. Note:-GI earth strip and 50mm medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Sand suitable for plaster shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing.

Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) lid and level gauge alongwith agitator (Agitator 0.5 HP motor height 625mm blade dia 150mm blade thickness 5mm) with shaft and blade stainless steel including PCC foundation and electric connection of motor and water connection from FRP tank complete all as specified and as directed.
