Excavation in Foundations,in all kind of soil and rock , Trenches, roads etc, in Earth Work, in all lifts stacking, the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required into Plinths sides of Foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts.as per the directions of Engineer in charge.( Hard rock included)

Providing and Laying 1: 3: 6 (1 Cement: : 3Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work in Foundation and Plinth

Providing and Laying reinforced Concrete Cement M25 (Design Mix with Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work and Reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete Work including admixtures/additives and as per directions of EIC in foundations, footing bases, columns, pillars, equipments foundations, roads etc including erection of foundation bolts wherever required complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying reinforced Concrete Cement M20 (Design Mix with Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work and Reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete Work including admixtures/additives in cable trenches, equipments foundations including erection of foundation bolts wherever required as per the directions of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iorn in frame 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering ,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies in all heights and removal of the same.for insite-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in retaining walls & substructure part of substation components.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete , 1: 2: 4 (1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 Sand Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work in Foundation and Plinth & coping etc.

Providing Mild / Tor Steel Reinforcement for R. C. C. Work including Bending, Binding and Placing in position complete for all heights.

Providing and laying Brick Work using Common Burnt Clay Bricks in:

Foundation and plinth

Super Structure above Plinth level upto all heights in Cement Mortar 1: 4 (1 Cement: 4 Sand) First Class Bricks

Half Brick Masonry above plinth level upto all heights including providing and laying 2 No. 6mm dia MS Bars at every 4th course of masonry. in C M 1:4 (1 Cement :4 sand) up to all heights and as directed by EIC.

20 mm cement plaster in two coats (8mm + 12mm) on rough / fair side of brick /concrete /stone wall for exterior plastering upto all heights including arise external rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth & finished even & smooth (in cement mortar 1 :4 , 1 cement: 4 sand for 8mm outer layer and 12mm base as 1:4 as above )

Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement Paint of approved Brand and Manufacture and of required Shade on Undecorated Wall Surfaces (Two coats) to give an even Shade after thoroughly Brushing the surface to remove all Dirt, Loose or Softened Paint.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new steel & other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter with enamel paint & other than white.

Steel work welded in built up sections, single sections, NG rails, ladders, beam joists, channels including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint

P/L Bitumen joint sealant in expansion and contraction joints of Concrete roads as per the directions of EIC

ANTIWEED TREATMENT

Providing and Supplying all Labour, Material, Equipments etc. Excavation, Mixing / Injecting Chemicals to achieve the guaranteed effectiveness of Treatment at least upto three years, Rolling, Dressing, Compacting the Excavated Earth within Sub Station Area excluding cement concrete as per the directions of EIC

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with the layer of cement slurry 1:6

SITE SURFACING

Providing, Supplying and laying three layers each of 50 mm thick layerwise of crushed stones having nominal size 20 mm over CC 1:5:10 including compaction as per Specifications.

STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing reinforced concrete heavy duty non - pressure pipes IS class NP 2 of the following internal diaMtrs. with flush joints including testing of joints complete.

Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing reinforced concrete heavy duty non - pressure pipes IS class NP 3 of the following internal diaMtrs. with flush joints including testing of joints complete.

Supplying and Fixing Galvanized Steel Barbed Wire (IS: 278 – 1962 Type – I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), Straining and Fixing to any type of Standard Rails, Straining Bolts including securing with and provision of Galvanized Mild Steel Wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (Posts and struts of wood concrete ,steel etc and straining bolts shall be paid for separately).

Providing and Laying 1: 4: 8 (1 Cement: : 4Sand : 8 Graded Stone Aggregate 25mm nominal size ) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work in Foundation and Plinth in retaining walls and breast walls etc.

P/F Chain link fencing 2.40m height for internal switchyard portion complete in all respects excluding Foundation , posts/struts etc as per the directions of EIC complete in all respects.

P/L 100 mm dia PVC pipes (Diplast make to withstand pressure 4 kg/ sqcm & of rigid grade gold range) as per directions of EIC in weep holes of retaining/breast walls/cable trenches etc

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying & spreading and compacting 100mm thick Grade-I stone aggregate of 90mm to 40mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with thre whell 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber applying and booming stone screening /binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate water & compacting required density grading -1 as per technical specifications by manual means i/c entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in Charge.

Provding laying & spreading and compacting 75mm thick Grade-II stone aggregate 63 to 40mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and chamber and booming stone screening/binding material to fill up the interstice of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading -2 as per technical specification by mechanical means including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing laying & spreading and compacting 75mm thick Grade-II stone aggregate 50 to 25 mm size ot water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and chamber and booming stone screening/binding material to fill up the interstice of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading -3 as per technical specification by mechanical means including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge.(Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
