SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (BUILDING WORKS) FOR 10 NOS SM BKS. M & L for dismantling of asbestos sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Fixing of PPGI profile Sheet of 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm in 240 mpa steel grade as free for fixing, using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size 5.5x55mm with EPDM seal, complete to the existing truss and purlins etc complete.

Providing and fixing PPGI sheet ridges or hips of width (500- 600mm) overall width plain sheet of 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total thickness , zinc coating fixed 120grms per sqm as per IS :277 using self drilling or self tapping screws complete.

Dismantling cement asbestos sheets or other hard board in ceiling , including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Steel work in built up tubular round sections for truss and wall cladding including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.with hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing and fixing factory made steel glazed windows and ventilators , side/top/centre hung , with beading and all members such FD7,F4B,K11B etc, including providing and fining hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer of fixing with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embeded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm of cement concrte (1:3:6).

Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick square edge Gypsum tile of size 595x595mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard and fixed in true horizontal level , suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section, consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick ( minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross 'T' of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in grid including required cutting/making, opening for services etc complete. Main T runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats od size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable wire etc all complete with white colour tiles.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix in floor.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etc complete in drain.

M& L for half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and finishing with two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over existing cement paint surface Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper approved brand and manufacturer to given an even shad in old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling doors shutters including chowkhats, holdfasts etc complete of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made laminated flush door shutters decorative type, core of block boards construction with frame of 1st class hard wood including stainless steel butt hinges with screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing of mosquito proof shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of average width of aperature 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm for door of 35mm with 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size : 100 mm, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size : 100x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Supply and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc complete of size 250x16mm.

Providing and fixing of curtain rods of 1.25mm thick chromium plated brass plate , with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with CP brass screws and wooden plugs etc, wherever necessary complete of size 20mm dia.

Providing and painting one or more coats on old wk with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (Use One or more coats on old work)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in door frame and guard bars.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, doors and ventilators with MS flat 15x3mm and nuts & bolts complete of 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 aperture on both sides.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- II ( INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS). Rewiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 and 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch , modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable including dismantling as required.

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 5/6 amps switch piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required 6 ways. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as requiredof 40 amps

Supply and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pippe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Switch fuse disconnector unit TPN, 32 Amps, 415 volts.

Supply and laying earth connector from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI wire in 15mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI thimble excavation and re filling as reqd.

Supply and fixing 15/16 amps switch piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 3 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Wiring for for light/power plug with 4x4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 2 Nos 4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- III ( PAVER BLOCK FOOT PATH WAYS. Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Supplying and stacking at site.(Over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer – In – Charge.
