S&F for factory made PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified.

S&F for factory made Solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC shets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC shet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed. .

S&F in repair factory made 18 mm (+0.7 mm ) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company one side prelam and other side 18mm thick celuka PVC ply for kitchen cabinet shutter alongwith manufacturer's test report and test certificate mandatory with each and every supply of material complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and drawings and as specified.

S&F in repair factory made 18 mm (+0.7 mm ) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company both side plain 18mm thick celuka PVC ply for shelves/partions/drawers alongwith manufacturer's test report and test certificate mandatory with each and every supply of material complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and drawings and as specified.

S&F for 100 mm stainless Steel handle complete all as specified.

S&F for 50 mm Magnaetic catches with brass body and striking plate including letting in as fixed complete all as specified.

S&F for 50 mm stainless steel piano hinges complete all as specified.

Taking down of existing tarfelt, concrete padding, cement plaster of any description and thickness etc on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing including removing the debris from site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud on roof of any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing the debris from site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and removing the debris from site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions arches pillars etc and removing the debris from site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B', brick, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capicity exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified.(Note :- The cost of necessary GI nipple of any size/long threaded barrel nipple shall be inclussive in the quoted unit rate of the item).

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in roof padding, coping to parapet wall, kerbs on roof etc complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for APP based modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thickness and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric mat with 150gm/Sqm black finished over compatible primer confirming to IS 3488@ 0.3 lit/sqm and bonding with bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/sqm laid by torch application method with side overlap of 75mm and overlap of 100mm longitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a groove of 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal filled with bituminious mastic including joints/ overlap sealed with hot bitumen 85/25 on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for gunniting work to RCC work in columns, slab, side walls ,beams, chajjas etc by removing loose concrete cover etc ,cleanining of concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry,and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh febric or wire net not less than 95 mm x 95 mm x 3 mm tied to existing reinforcement with nails, adhesive plaster grade for concrete and providing gunniting pressure 2.0 to 2.5 kg/sqm with admixture (1part of cement and 3.5 part of sand) with average thickness 40mm and making the surface even and smooth with 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on surface including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -charge. (Note - wherever reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface including preparation complete all as specified.

M&L in repair framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface in ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of vegetation plant from roof,terrace,chajjas,walls etc digging out roots and making good the surface in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing surface even and smooth including nessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) The contractor shall remove debris /retrieved material of bldg from site to outsite MoD land. The Qtr shall be neat and tidy after satisfactory maint in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 2000/- per qtr shall be made from the contractor's dues. (b) The Qtr in which maint to be carried out shall be completed within 15 days or as directed by Engr-in-charge after handing over said qtr to contractor faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day for delay shall be made from the contractor's dues. (c) The tint or spot of paint, distemper, white wash etc. on furniture articles and similar items shall be cleaned in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day shall be made from the contractor's dues. (d) The contractor shall submit daily report of manpower, material and T&P deployed at site to Engr-in-charge as per CPM chart approved by GE. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included in the items mentioned above and nothing extra shall be paid on account of above provisions.
