Petroling And attending Day to day Street Light complaints and maint/repairs to street light/security lights of any type and capacity fixed at any height by replacing unserviceable parts including cleaning of perpex cover checking loose connection,power supply problem etc., detecting and repair of U/G cable fault etc as and when required round the clock complete all as directed at site on daily complaint basis. Note: 1. Due to security point minimum One electrician (Skilled) And One helper (Un skilled) shall be always present in the station daily round the clock . Note: 2: Complaints should be attended And Rectified within the same day failling which recovery at double the rate quted by the contractor against this items shall be affected from his becomming dues. Note 3. Repair/replacement of loose connection of particular fittings shall be mesured Including quted Rate the complaint received from users telephonically or as lodged in complaint register

Note 4:- Complaint attended in one day(24 hrs) will be treated as one job. Electrician and helper daily report to power house electrician should be technically qualified and shall have adequate knowledge of electrical system and maintenance/repair of street lights and Contractor has to provide them all the required electrical T & P ,Tourch and safety equipment like PVC globs, Safety Belts, Ladder, crash helmet, Minor Spares like , Insulation tapes, screws, ,Amp & Volts Meter short pieces of copper/Al conductor etc required for restoration of Light supply etc and necessary transport/Vehicle arrangement by the Contractor to attend the complaint within AF station at Jammu

A fine of one time quated rate per running meter will be deducted if the over growth is found along the pole all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cleaning of under growth at substation . Cleaning should be carried out as & when required or when directed by Engr- in-Charge. Undergrowth at any point of time should not be more than 3 to 4 cm. A fine of Rs 1000.00 per month per substation will be deducted if undergrowth found grown beyond permissible height complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (i) Dismantling of clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., taking out of GI pipe in cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Cost for making good the disturbed ground surfaces of floors/walls in cement mortar 1:3 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. However cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of roads with PCC and hard core filling is out of scope of this work and shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of this schedule.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 meters long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, incl taking down carefully old deterioiated RCC/steel pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and mass concrete of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing medium grade 40mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing medium grade 80mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station at Jammu and Kaluchak area
